It’s a beta feature. That’s acceptable. What’s not is the lack of communication when people are testing it. I’m providing user feedback and they’re not even responding to support tickets.

I stopped at the "LN feature being a beta feature". Excuse me.. can't you submit an Issue directly on GH? Just curious.

When the transaction fails you get an instant pop up to submit a support ticket, and an automatic email is generated promising a reply within 24 hours.

You really shouldn’t have to go to GitHub to report a problem.

I'm fighting a weird fight. So what would you suggest since customer service didn't work? We take it to Nostr maybe they'll react? I see they're tagged here on this post. Well since they didn't reply back for a few months via email, maybe they'll feel so much pressure here. Lets see, I'm curious...🤞😬👀👨‍💻

I messaged them on Telegram and it also took them two months to reply, to basically say it’s still broken and maybe it will get fixed in a future update.
