How well goes cheese and milk consumption with carnivore diet? I love milk, but two litres are daily caloric intake and the sugars are quite high.👀

The sugars in lactose are not optimal imo and I had a lot better results when I stopped consuming milk (which was whole raw milk)

I can't zap you, the wallet always freezes in the process after I send it👀 All other zaps work ok👀

Weird I usually get them. I use Zeus pay and a lot of the time it says the zap failed but I get them. If you were zapping 21 Sats I got it.
