How well goes cheese and milk consumption with carnivore diet? I love milk, but two litres are daily caloric intake and the sugars are quite high.πŸ‘€

I have found that dairy tends to stall my fat loss. I still eat cheese occasionally, but milk really knocks my trend off, likely because of the the carbs.

Dammit. I think this too, but milk is so good🫠

It is.

The sugars in lactose are not optimal imo and I had a lot better results when I stopped consuming milk (which was whole raw milk)

I can't zap you, the wallet always freezes in the process after I send itπŸ‘€ All other zaps work okπŸ‘€

Weird I usually get them. I use Zeus pay and a lot of the time it says the zap failed but I get them. If you were zapping 21 Sats I got it.

I see it now, I tried twice. Glad it went through πŸ‘

Dairy products seem to interfere with fat loss for most folks. They are sometimes recommended when someone wants to do carnivore but wants to gain weight. However, Ken Berry has some pretty harsh things to say about the inflammatory effects of dairy.

Personally I do well with kefir (that we make with raw local milk) and some cheese on my burgers, but I haven't tried just ruminant meat and salt. It's possible that I would feel even better without dairy.

Ferment your dairy by making raw milk kefir. The fermentation will consume most if not all of the sugars in the milk.

You're right! It's been ages since I fermented veggies and kefir. Will hop back on it, it's awesome and my husband is bitching about my loads of hidden empty glasses everywhere.😁 Kefir in coffee though, eeekπŸ˜‚
