Ferment your dairy by making raw milk kefir. The fermentation will consume most if not all of the sugars in the milk.

You're right! It's been ages since I fermented veggies and kefir. Will hop back on it, it's awesome and my husband is bitching about my loads of hidden empty glasses everywhere.😁 Kefir in coffee though, eeek😂
