Sometimes it can feel like the news posters and price bots are "flooding the zone" of my feed but when I jump over to my curated Yakihonne filter of like 18 prominent npubs, it's mostly old notes from days ago. Mostly just folks dropping in once a day or so to let us know that they uploaded a new podcast episode or YT video.
