My experience from my brief attempt to 'discover Bitcoin Twitter', after having avoided Twitter for years.. was that everybody seemed super troll. I could not find good Bitcoin content other than Carla, the only content I found was mostly mega trolling and divisiveness. I didn't see how this helps Bitcoin at all.
