AI is the bane of my wife's professional life. To recruit new medical staff for the services she runs (GP surgeries and care homes), she receives hundreds of application letters and CV's.
About 90% of them have been written by AI 😂
They now have their own AI (Copilot), which detects and rejects them.
It's an AI arms race.
I hate writing or updating resume almost as much as I hate doing taxes. I will definitely be using AI to modify mine, but not completely write it

Haven't employer's been using software tools to filter CVs for many years now? I've heard of courses being offered to help get past the first big filters.
Not in the NHS 😂
Actually I have no idea, the NHS have a massive HR department which remains a mystery to all outsiders, including managers like my wife who rely on them to find her candidates 😂
