How do you get over jetlag?

A handle of whiskey.
I usually push myself to stay up longer and then crash hard at my regular bedtime.
Go in the opposite direction
Gym
Sunshine, don't nap, workout, go to bed at 22:00
Stay up, don't give in to the sleep. Hate it though. Or is the problem you still wake up at 3:40 am?
