Read the state laws very carefully that govern your circumstances. The state tried to close my farm over their wrong interpretation and single word misprint in their guidance. If I didn't go down to the state office and sit on the regulators desk with the actual law and explain why they were wrong the state would be closing any farm that uses a knife to make more than one cut to harvest illegal. Fuck em. Desk jockies have no clue about agriculture. Stand up but stay safe.
