I hate when I have to call any support. I anyways want to be like can I talk to your level 4 person so that we're on the same page.

Hurts because you’re sitting there like, “I already did everything in your book, you don’t have the access to do what I need, I already know who does, and if you’d put the tool in my account I wouldn’t even need him.”

But

You’re going to make sure this takes at least two hours.
