ooo this reminds me of a piece that I picked up at a craft market. the ceramicist casts bowls and other things using vegetables. I bought a piece that was a cabbage bowl

it's buried in my craft room because I use it to hold cabbage*, otherwise I'd take a photo to show.

*cabbage also a term for scrap fabrics 😉
