I have a podcast episode explaining the basics of Bitcoin in about an hour. (Episode 8) I've also heard good things about Breedlove's first few episodes.

The Bitcoin Stanard is the key to delving deeper, but I have noticed that people who listen to it don't seem to get as much out of it as those who read it. Possibly because of missing graphucs?
