Should I add all my relays in the app? Should all the notification types be enabled (Lock Screen, notification center, banners) or can I have notification center turned off for example?

I've tested the connection conf in Damus, it worked on second time. Notifications need to be enabled, to receive data messages (not shown in the tray) in the background, but idk about detailed settings. NWC should work with apo being in both killed an backgrounded states.
And do not add more relays. NWC connection defines own relay and nostr clients support only a single one here.
Ah I added a few of mine. Before that there were 4 in the settings. I go back to those 4 or only put the one that I see under wallet settings in Damus?
Relays in the app are used to send and receive ecash tokens to other minibits users or in general to any nostr addresses (so that payment is in pure ecash and skips lightning).
For other minibits users keep minibits relays in the list. If you use specific relay you use within some community, you can add it.
