I see. Makes sense. I didn't read anything but the headline. Feels promising though.
Having recently moved to AZ myself, I wish they'd get on with it. There's a real first- mover advantage that they are squandering.
But what else do you expect from 'decision makers' who are chosen via popularity contest?
