It's not a done deal, yet. There's still political wrangling about how to implement the Senate- backed plan, which then needs to be passed by the AZ State House.
I see. Makes sense. I didn't read anything but the headline. Feels promising though.
Having recently moved to AZ myself, I wish they'd get on with it. There's a real first- mover advantage that they are squandering.
