I liked the side scrolling screen with different articles/events related to "The King James Bible." I'd love to see something like that but for different versions/editions of a book. The Bible is a good example, but also, e.g., The Hobbit has multiple extant editions. It would be cool to swipe between editions, or even search for a specific edition.
The index pattern appeared to be very well-organized and easy to understand at a glance, even for an index of indices, like the Bible. What do you plan to do, though, for a mixed index? Conceivably an index could reference a mix of other indices and individual articles. For example, a work of Shakespeare might have a Foreward, and Introduction, each an article, and then three Acts, each an index of scenes. So on each level we may have a mix or structures. We'll want to find a user-friendly way to display that hierarchy.
The profile pics for different articles in an index is a good contribution. That could be very meaningful in a Nostr-native digital magazine, for instance.
Finally, are there plans to show marginal discussions around highlight events? Maybe those can be filtered by community to create book clubs and the like.

Filter by community is probably most efficient high signal filter there is.
It's one of the reasons why I'm so extremely bullish on communities and group chats.
You either create them around a set of interest or a group of people.
I can't wait for the day I can filter:
- family movies with homeschooling group I'm part of
- music playlists to put a night with friends, FROM the group chat I have with those friends
- apps for my Graphene phone with the Graphene community
- ...
I know this is more of a sidenote (pun partially intended lol), but has anyone tried the catena bible app? I don't particularly like reading on phone, but it is full of amazing features. Reading plans, versions, selection of commentaries from different traditions etc

I've browsed a few, stuck with this one the most. I think there's a few very good bible apps out there
I've not heard of that one. I use YouVersion, though, like you, I'm not much of a read on my phone person. Camera looks nice, I like simple, but I don't care much for the tons of commentary which Catena seems to have. I stick to scripture alone. Its not that I dont have much to learn from wise people, but reading others' views on scripture can be a dangerous path to go down. Just my thoughts.
