We'll see the navigators in the third movie.
I do think the movie missed an opportunity. They had Paul threaten to nuke the spice fields, because they didn't take time to explain the relationship between the spice and water on Arrakis.
Exactly. The Lynch version had the Navigators up front. I remember far more about the Lynch version than the first of this.
