So, the best thing to do is to find someone that you like, go to their "home page" and follow some of the same people that they follow. Then you can follow some of the followers of those people and go from there.
💯 and furthermore most active is not always the best metric. Because on bird app most active do well because algorithms but when posting all the time for the sake of posting it can be more noise than signal. Follower count is a better metric and then you can prune. Welcome to nostr mdb🫂
