Hi all, I am Niels. Online S&C Coach for Rugby Players and New Athletes.

Making people more athletic is my passion. I started playing Rugby at age 28 at the lowest league.

A clear focus and a broad athletic base and skillset I became a regular starter in the first german division at age 32.

2 years later I am still improving and helping others to do the same.
