Yes. Gulf of Tonkin, the Russians “bombing their own pipeline”, USS Maine, etc were all ALSO false flags. The last one though was BEFORE there was a commanding Jewish presence in most US institutions. The Jews might be the most famous for them, but it is used by more than just them.
