I can tell you as a fact: you can look skinny on the outside, but still fat on the inside. Like, there’s literally no improvement on overall health (unless you actually have diabetes and are using it as a treatment)

That's right.
But it doesn't change the laziness of many people.
I changed my food consumption in November 2024. Not to lose weight.
Primarily animal proteins. Animal fats. (Meat, fish, chicken). Eggs and bacon every day. A few vegetables. Rarely fruit. Yogurt, nuts. Sweets massively removed. Sometimes it's difficult with children in the household. But I have greatly reduced my consumption. Lots of water. A few small cups of coffee. Little to hardly any alcohol. Supplement only D3+K2 magnesium in the morning. Vitamin C and zinc in the evening. Forget the seed oil crap.
This is a complete game changer.
This may not be the best choice for everyone. But I'm distancing myself further and further from the slave food that people want to force down our throats. (Government and pharmaceutical companies)
