Just meat diets Shown to be healthy long ago. Stefansson vilhjalmur saw that Inuit ate only meat. So later he checks himself in a hospital and eats just meat. Did this for a year. I’d like to read that. Not convincing on surface level just from what you said.
While the one year experiment isn’t enough to convince me, the fact that it was based on the Inuit diet is enough to convince me that such a diet is healthy at least for some humans.
May not be for everyone. Also see Fred Provenza’s work on how other animals species vary what they eat despite being the same species. I suspect nutrient needs in humans vary as much as in other species.
