After this came out o searched the word cancer and found lots of similar accounts including two with the same kid but different names.
I called out another one and it was deleted soon after as well.
Only way we can seriously combat these scammers.
Someone needs to make a bot to reply to the scams and warn people every time they post a note or whatever
These two literally use the same lightning address and BTC address too. 
Nice sleuthing. Well done.
I even caught an instance where they forgot which account they were on and started referring to the kid with a different name 😂
