After this came out o searched the word cancer and found lots of similar accounts including two with the same kid but different names.
I called out another one and it was deleted soon after as well.
Only way we can seriously combat these scammers.
Someone needs to make a bot to reply to the scams and warn people every time they post a note or whatever
