Have all of em.
I mostly use Signal with friends and family although SimpleX is growing on me.
Needs a little more polish and multi device support to replace Signal for me.
Signal for established secure communications. SimpleX is the new one that I think I will use long haul. Sessions I want try, and am interested in because of lokinet. Keet I dont know. And I dont care about the russian back door that is telegram

Telegram is obviously convenient due to its reach, but I really like SimpleX - chat with a couple of folks, member in a couple of group chats, had a few audio calls, nothing big to complain about.
Can anyone answer why simplex is funded by global Village- gates , bezos, Zuckerberg?

In my experience, all have been shit in some way or the other.

#Telegram -> Dangerous, because people think, it's safer than WhatsApp, which us not true. It's just as unsafe or might even be unsafer. People don't know that & say more shit they wouldn't do on #WhatsApp.
#Simplex -> Battery Drain & Reliability issues (might already be fixed, that was months ago).
#Sessions -> Tested with several people & it was utter shit. Did not send messages or did not receive messages. Getting messages was always a lottery. Some messages did NEVER arrive. Total failure. Those people tested also with each other, same issue. So, not a problem with my phone or something, which would probably be the next best excuse to brush this off.

Does not matter what the guy says, who makes millions off the product. I trust the independent security experts who have repeatedly shown, that Telegram is basically a differently coloured WhatsApp, when it comes to security. Like, end to end encryption was even optional for such a long time. 😂
& in regards to who or what company is behind it, #Telegram is not exactly trustworthy, either.
That said, there are plenty of people & organisations, which have been infiltrated, because they thought they were safe on #Telegram.
