Some level of charity is necessary.

However, are you aware that our ENTIRE federal debt is because of blacks?

Each one on average costs America 750k.

That’s literally paying retards not to riot.

Charity should be voluntary.

Federal government should be the minimum as spelled out in the constitution, and there’s no charity listed.

The “promote the general welfare” clause has been stretched too far.

You can believe in meritocracy all you want.

You can believe what charity “should” be all you want.

You can believe what the federal government “should” be all you want.

It isn’t going to change what these groups believe one iota.
