Yes Holepunch/Hypercore are completely open source and have been. It’s Keet specifically, a chat app built on top, that isn’t completely open source yet. If I’m not mistaken, it’s scheduled to be open sourced on Feb 14th with the release of Pear Runtime which is what it’s built on.
