31-46 Blood type diet - vegetarian

(binge eating, anxiety, ended with extreme fatigue)

46-50 Paleo with red meat

(improved energy, but weight gain and anxiety)

50-52 Keto

(bloating, panic attacks, binge eating fats)

52-56 Plant-free carnivore (no bloating, no panic attacks, no urges to binge, freedom from food!)
