New version of NextCloud with major improvements!

- Access over Secure LAN and Tor simultaneously

- Change default background jobs to cron (enables use of the RSS feed app "News")

- Update to latest upstream version 25.0.3

Are people still reporting issues with the News cron? I seem to have to switch back to AJAX to get jobs completed
