Playing around with some molecular gastronomy. Oysters with siracha pearls.

What method did you use to make the pearls?
Equal parts siracha + water, add 1 Tbsp agar agar powder. Heat it then you use an eye dropper to drop it into cold olive oil. Not difficult, but tedious. Everyone really enjoyed them though.
