Some better news today! My wife and son went to visit Dorado at the vet and he's starting to look a little better. His fever is down, and he was able to walk outside for a few minutes. He was very happy to have family around, and also his favorite medical assistant named Miracle was there. 😇

They aren't ruling anything out yet, but it's possible his condition is no longer life-threatening, and we'll be able to bring him home. This pup still has a lot of fight left in him. ✊❤️‍🩹🐕 #dogsofnostr

Very thankful for pet insurance today. This is just one of many claims from the past week. Dorado seems to be improving since he went in for surgery. We're getting a lot of love and positive vibes sent our way, and appreciate every bit of it! We just want this poor guy back with us again soon. ❤️‍🩹🐕
