I’m stepping it up and giving (carnivore) OMAD a go. Any tips, frens? #asknostr #healthstr

Choose high-fat meats like ribeye, 80/20 ground beef, or organ meats to avoid micronutrient deficiencies.👌
Couldnt agree more 💪
Eat liver 1-2x/mo.
You may have a headache for the first day or two (from sugar withdrawal [carbs])
Also don't be surprised with diarhrea after day 3-5; it is common (due to excess fats)
You'll feel like a superhuman on day 5 or 7🔥
Find elk pork, and venison pork sausage suppliers
Accept that the first week is gonna suck. You will feel sick. This is normal. Cook everything in animal fats or butter. Eat until you’re full. There is no trick or anything other than pure discipline to break your carb dependence.
Maybe give "Lifespan" by David Sinclair a watch before you do, or if not this video: https://youtu.be/QRt7LjqJ45k?si=68TU0q2JLr-XoCtv
Best advice I could give is have variety, cause it does get a little boring if you're not switching things up... Also cheat meals are ok
Find a local butcher, buy fatty chuck stew meat, eat raw.
Don't forget to add liver and eggs to the menu.
Eggs almost every day. Liver, I know, but damn I do not like it.
Oh! What? Try veal liver maybe, and organic if possible.
Also, I saw a carnivore influencer on YouTube eating raw butter. I found it crazy initially but I now add it regularly to my cacao drink and occasionally take a bite...
Oh, yeh. I can chow on some raw butter; also great in black coffee.
