Problems with the WSJ chart:
- The charts starts in 1945- and doesn't tell the whole story: 1800's to 1900s is when the virus was at its worse, and it began slowing down through other factors like hygiene, sanitation, living standards, alimentation, etc.
- Measles was already declining before introduction of the vaccines
To be clear, I have not done that much research yet, so any contradicting evidence is welcome!
