You can try to find ways to support solid bitcoin companies, open source projects in the ecosystem, or devs with the skills you have.
Then there's indirect ways to get involved, such as joining the bitcoin guerrilla marketing team by slaping some nostr:nprofile1qqsrmqhg7mxxczt9gjln8ey8tgpl2cq2elm7c3n7z59pe3m395s5mjgppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0ymxesv stickers and signs around town.

I’m right there with you! This is what I’m doing:
1. Connect with local Bitcoiners. nostr:npub1ve8qwrlztemdmnh62jffcr0y9m9dpqgqjdg8ufx7gc3qw5wdk74qyv9ka6 is the best avenue for this. This can help you find Bitcoiners nearby that you can network and build a community with.
2. Join social media (you are here). Start posting your thoughts, content, memes, etc. Add to the conversation in your way.
3. No abilities? No problem! Show how Bitcoin has a place in your life. Document the journey. I think you may find that your purpose in the Bitcoin space presents itself as you live and learn.
