I think perhaps the people here have a higher degree of posting vs just consuming, which makes it feel different. It's like YouTube in the early days when the video quality was bad but more authentic. Now, at least IG and YT feel to me if it's not 4k SLR quality people don't post they just scroll.

That's just me though. I like the one on the left 😀

make it super heavy duty and put loads of weight in it so it's got a lot of resistance to movement

That’s a nice idea, but if you already fixing it from the top i’d put cables tensioned to the floor, just beyond your foots reach xD
