Would ending qualified immunity really solve any of our police problems?
Yes, I still want it to be abolished, but would it actually be effective at all in solving some of our policing problems?

I dare say it would make them check and double check before they busted down a house. Had a long discussion about this with a couple cop friends who had assumed that us EMS and Firefighters also had qualified immunity, which Mr and my EMS buddy quickly shot down lol
The problem isn’t qualified immunity but that it is unqualified.
