Do you know anything about dairy and how it affects tonsil stones?

I heard pasteurized dairy contributes to tonsil stones but not raw dairy. Haven’t verified it or looked into it, but I heard it from a source that has been previously reliable. Following this thread to see if anyone can provide more information.

Be willing to bet the Vit K2 in raw diary is more bioavailable, less damaged, than in store bought.

K2 vital for calcium stasis.

So could I be experiencing a vicious cycle here? I avoid dairy because it worsens my tonsil stones (or at least, it worsens the taste of them). But by avoiding dairy, I'm not getting enough K2, and K2 is vital in mitigating the tonsil stone build-up in the first place?
