In my opinion Liquid (elements) is extremely underrated.

People do not yet understand the advantages of the tradeoffs in a federated model.

You get MANY of the benefits of a centralized system with many of the benefits of a distributed system.

And all the while you can fall back to the base layer when you feel you need to.

Elements based systems will likely be a big part of the future.
