Not sure yet. Have an event in the afternoon, but freed up last minute in the morning. What shizzles should I get into?? 🤔🤔
Too stressful for my body to be on it constantly. I find I need carbs during times of higher stress, whether it be externally applied stress (life) or physiological stress (e.g. my broken toe or my cycle). So I cycle keto according to that. Can share more on simplex.
