You picked a great blend from them too! If I’m remembering correctly, Apollo was our favorite blend of CC’s when we did a cupping (it’s been a while).
If you like Apollo, I’d recommend you try Onyx’s Tropical Weather. Very fruity / floral and an Ethiopian coffee like Apollo. 👍
