Still unsure about utxo consolidation. I’ve bought a lot of non-KYC bitcoin. I know if I combine them all, that was basically all for nothing and it’s no longer private.

Yes.. you'll need to keep two wallets in that case. A KYC wallet and a nonKYC wallet.
But will my non-KYC utxo’s become unspendable because I can’t consolidate them?
And couldn’t I just use coin control and consolidate my KYC’d utxo’s in the same wallet? My understanding is as long as I don’t mix a KYC utxo with a non-KYC utxo, they can stay in the same wallet
