I've been practicing cooking salmon. Only ingredients were garlic and butter. I feel like I'm getting good at this. Super important not to overcook. Been doing 400 degrees, 12 min. This one was larger I had to go longer .. ~14. You want it to be about 140-145 deg inside. You can tell it's done if it flakes off easy, and the telltail fat seeping out.

Yummy. #foodstr

So good. No salt, pepper and lemon?

Nope.. The butter is salted butter so it didn't really need it. Lemon is ok but I find with good fish you really don't need extras.

Looks delicious 😋

I wrap mine in pancetta and place tomatoes on the vine next to it in oven

Looks good! I really enjoy broiled salmon.
