Montana signed the ‘Right to Mine’ into law and has also passed a law prohibiting any tax on Bitcoin when used as a payment.

It provides both home and industrial miners the right to mine digital assets without any government interference and protection from “discriminatory rates” from the power providers.

After Arkansas, Montana is the second U.S. state to sign the ‘Right to Mine’ into law.
