I am looking for an alternative to connect to Amethyst with NWC and to use as a signer on my Desktop. It looks like there is nothing. I wonder if getalby also shut down the signer extension on the browser.
There are signer extensions like Nostore on iOS and safari and Nos2x is the OG Signer for chrome.

I use coinos.io or Wallet of Satoshi. For zaps they are enough.

Ok, do they NWC? I tried Satsmobi wallet, but when I want to zap I have to open a wallet from Amethyst. The other, I authenticate on my Laptop with the browser Extension.
For sending and receiving zaps: CoinOS.io
For a login extension for web browsers: Nos2x
Also, you can continue using your Alby browser extension for Nostr login, even if you aren't using their wallet for zaps.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you could connect your CoinOS wallet to your Alby extension using Nostr Wallet Connect, rather than connecting it to an Alby Hub wallet.
