I'm slowly working on getting a friend to convert get doge into BTC. She's starting to see that BTC is not the same and is VERY concerned about putting her money into savings and letting inflation destroy anything denominated in dollars. She's smart. Very. I'm just trying to nudge her in the right direction.

I'm fortunate enough to have a friend who asked me if I had any bitcoin. My answer included what I had in Cardano, and he just kept interrupting me repeatedly with "Shitcoin!" I retorted "but it's..." "A shitcoin!" he said.
Best advice I've had in years. We're better friends after that shaming session.
