I'm slowly working on getting a friend to convert get doge into BTC. She's starting to see that BTC is not the same and is VERY concerned about putting her money into savings and letting inflation destroy anything denominated in dollars. She's smart. Very. I'm just trying to nudge her in the right direction.

When I first got into Bitcoin I was buying cash from a libertyx exchange “rep”. We used to meet up in a busy Starbucks, shoot the shit and do tx’s.

When I hit a whole coin and the tx confirmed he literally stood up and started clapping and yelling “he’s a whole coiner!!! Whole coiner status!!!” 😂😂😂😂😂

Horrible opsec. Nobody knew what he was saying or talking about. I thought it was so funny and dumb and great. I’ll always remember that. That same guy ended up buying ounces of weed from me for years too 😂👑🤝

Personally, I see it becoming more than either of those. But data storage is the real hold up on full media, how to host all the data. Who knows how to manage their data storage so that it can be stored somewhere and retrieved elsewhere easily. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I believe that there are many here that can program management tools into their editing options, but those feature have not begun to cover the editing features on the others. That shouldn’t stop a creator from doing those edits on their devices before loading to a client. Some creators are pretty crafty.

So, ya, I think so, but it’s going to take some adoption by creators that want to help build the future of #Nostr with extended media features. And education for those that are already #OnlyNostr on how to be a creator with the tools provided.
