I've caught about 50 mice in my truck over the Last seven years, it's almost impossible to stop them. I cannot figure out where they are coming in and it has to be through the firewall in some way, shape or form. My latest escapade is electrocuting them.

Mice are assholes.
Have had luck with peppermint extract and irish spring soap shavings to discourage mice. Might be worth trying those if you haven't already.
