The issue is with the DOJ’s interpretation that your money is not your property, as they outline in this footnote on page 9. Nothing clickbait-y. They very plainly claim that they believe money is not property for constitutional purposes.

# we use currency, not money, and the currency are promissory notes, or debt instruments, owned by the fed, which are not property of the small business, the biz owner also voluntary complied by creating a public, or government entity, rather than a private one, like a PMA, or similar....I can go on, but you get it, ignorance in business is how most people screw themselves
