Why Bitcoin? Why self-custody?

β€œThe U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) argued that confiscating $50,000 from a small business did not infringe the business' right to private property because money is not property.”

If you are a merchant, did you know that the government can just take the fiat you earn? Remove this threat to your sovereignty by accepting #bitcoin only.

It's a "bearer instrument"?

read the attachment!

latest at page 15 of 40 you will understand, what's all about

not about clickbaiting !

The issue is with the DOJ’s interpretation that your money is not your property, as they outline in this footnote on page 9. Nothing clickbait-y. They very plainly claim that they believe money is not property for constitutional purposes.

# we use currency, not money, and the currency are promissory notes, or debt instruments, owned by the fed, which are not property of the small business, the biz owner also voluntary complied by creating a public, or government entity, rather than a private one, like a PMA, or similar....I can go on, but you get it, ignorance in business is how most people screw themselves

Why to stack reason number 8,743 just dropped.

By the way the US government says "Bitcoin is property, not money".

Unbelievable.

Also, I would think that those three arguments for why money isn't property could be useful in cases about the legality/constitutionality of requiring people to use the dollar as legal tender.

'The DOJ gave three rationales for the argument, all packed into a doorstopper of a footnote: (1) the government creates money, so you can't own it; (2) the government can tax your money, so you don't own it; and (3) the Constitution allows the government to spend money for the "general welfare." '

Also claim humans are not a commodity but sell me to ppl like I am. Can someone come confiscate me from our government and set me free? πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
