Sometimes we’re so excited that we’re moving so quickly from one thing to the next and we don’t appreciate what we have cultivated

Cut some time to intentionally slow down and reflect

This is great advice, any time I start to feel anxious about anything I sit down and take 5-10 deep slow breaths. It helps every time.
